Which netkop, katysails or Ganz?
I received an e-mail from my ISP about a complaint about the link I posted
about the cat herding. I talked to the head of security (among others) and they were very amused that "some people" are so convinced of my undisputed power in this group. :-) They (my ISP) have taken care of the problem, so that any more abuse complaint are to be filed in "File 13". snicker I explained to them about katysails and ganz how they are laughed around the globe in Usenet Abuse departments and they said they could understand why. Bwahwhahahwahahahaaaa! Seems the netkkkops think posting one link constitutes flooding! Watch out Crantz! Here's a short excerpt: --- The following material was provided to us as evidence --- [Part 0 (plain text)] This person is attempting to disrupt the alt.sailing.asa newsgroup by cross-posting off-topic messages to multiple newsgroups in an attempt to get a lot of off-topic responses. This behavior has been going on for months. Please help us. This appears to be coming from your OK server, according to the traceroute (see below). According to your Acceptable Use Policy, this is a violation of terms. "You may not attempt to "flood" or disrupt Usenet newsgroups. Disruption is defined as posting a large number of messages to a newsgroup, which contain no substantive content, to the extent that normal discussion in the group is significantly hindered. Maybe your eternal hot tub will have extra chlorine fungicide rather than lava. How is Capt Neal doing? What is he up to? Are those rumors about the Airstream true?
