It's the Artic. It has little or no value.

It looks like the NW Passage is firmly in Canadian Waters. The US should
seek permission to go there. Maybe Canada can charge for passage. Canada should sink any ships that willfully ignore Canadian Soveriegnty. It's their perogative. Amen! he was merely reiterating a longstanding policy on the Arctic. "Our position is very consistent. We agree to disagree. We don't recognise Canada's claims to the waters. If oil is discovered in the Artic, we have just as much right to it as you do. Thats the point. We like oil BTW.
