Nutsy,

Temp today at noon;
54 deg F but wind is to Gusty for sailing.
Yesterday the thermometer in my back yard topped 80'. My Plum tree is
loaded with buds.

The Yacht broker is after me to finish the clean up. People are lining
up for look see!

Our winter has only about three weeks left.

I've got people bugging me to buy my Truck Camper. Don't think I can
sell both Camper and Boat the same year.

Eat your heart out Northeaster you're a couple of months away from
sailing. We're ready and in the water.

I'm down to oiling the teak and "Pneuma" will be ready for a new
owner:^(
