But... even sound might escape, if it were from a _naked_

Do you believe Popeye has not reached the point of no return?
Can you estimate the mass of the hole in question? Scout "Flying Tadpole" wrote in message ... But... even sound might escape, if it were from a _naked_ singularity, with no event horizon... hmmm, if it were a multiple choice question, and given a whole body mass for
CN of 80 kilograms, I would've guessed the critical circumference to be about 1.12E-64 meters (or 4.39E-63 inches). So Popeye should be audible to us. Scout "Flying Tadpole" wrote in message ... OK. Your maths seems about right...I think...but it's still
meaningless if the object in question is larger on the inside than it is on the outside. I think it's now clear, that whether he entered foot first or head first, poor Popeye has got himself stuck in a TURDIS. I leave the acronym to you. I'm fairly certain about the 2nd half of the acronym, lol. But, given the
appropriateness of it, I'm not sure any elaboration is necessary! Head first? Yuck! Scout "Flying Tadpole" wrote in message ... OK. Tad,
As usual, you sent me to the dictionary. and as usual I couldn't find the word. This time I did find a close word that made me laugh! turbid; adj. muddy, thick: disordered, muddled L. turbidus----turba, tumult It did fit. Then came the problem; did Tad just misspell it or just his poetic license? Once again I'm left with the feeling; "the more I learn the dumber I get!" Ole Thom |
