Not so! I have an external outhaul. It is a four-block purchase outhaul.
One should avoid interal lines at all cost.

It depends on the boat. The catalina 27 has an external outhaul. The
bad thing is that you have to leave the cockpit to adjust the tension.

I thought you were talking about sailboats. Many larger boats than a
Laser have no internal rigging. You might want to check it out.

I thought you were talking about sailboats. Many larger boats than a
Laser have no internal rigging. You might want to check it out.
