Big stainless steel fender washers distribute the relatively light load. A tight bolt and nut keeps the board in place because of the stiff hinge yet it is easy to push back in place when using the companionway. No fasteners on the other side. BTW, is that a solar rig on your bimini? Four 55 watt Seimens panels. CN |
