Sam,

A Question; What do you think a sailor should be? Let us understand what
YOU think we should be like?

well... I guess a sailor is someone who always wants to be somewhere
they aren't... probably doesn't have much of a social life... enjoys
spending time aboard and thinks about nothing else...

A sailor is someone who always wants to be where he or she is at that
moment... becoming more than the sum of the person, the boat, and the
environment.

Sam,

You sure pick the wrong guy to question. Joe is more a traditional
sailor (if there is such a person) than you'll ever come in contact
with.

Again, I ask you to tell us your idea of what a sailor should be.

Why do you ask?
Do you have a question?
Did you search the group archives for answers?
Do you expect saiors to cater to your reading wishes?
Do you expect us to give a rats ass about your needs?

Do you have any beer or rum?

Pathetic Earthlings! No one can save you now!

When I have rum, you can all have some... it's that simple.
