Hey Oz

Let me tell you about the time I was waiting in line at LA for a clerk
who seemed more interested in chatting? She was full of attitude. There
I was, waiting and waiting, so I just beamed a big smile/grin at her.
She looked at me and said "Do you want something?" I said "I'm waiting
to be served". She said "Waiting to be served? We are not your servants
here" I said "I never said you are but I think my ticket pays part of
your salary. In fact, I 'd say your job is to make sure I get on my
plane in a timely way. I wonder whether the airport really needs an
employee who won't help me get on my plane?" You should have seen her
face -she was fit to explode. I've flown though dozens of airports and
I'd say the staff at LA have the worst attitude to passengers.

That would be an airline clerk who can dob in anyone with whom he has
an argument using the powers given to him under the Patriot Act.
