One would think, but I'm not so sure anymore. There are enough "facts"
spun to cover any ideology. Back in the days of competent journalism,
before revisionist history, the printed word was backed with enough
integrity that it *usually* could be trusted. Now ... well, I still

heh heh... Will Rogers once said, "Only believe half of what you read,
and 90% of what you see."

And the above slogan could well be taken as an ideology, too. But in
general I mean "observable, confirmable, un-spun" facts, such as water
flows down hill.
