WHY DOES MY CETOL TURN ORANGE!???!!!

Is it the underlying wood? Did I not clean it enough? This is the third

year
in a row and I'm getting angry! I want that nice rich "yellowish" luster
from varnish. But NO! This CETOL turns vomit stain orange!!!!

HELP PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

If you sand to 220 you get a pretty good result from the Cetol rather than
the "vomit stain orange".

You are not applying it correctly Bob..... dilution is the solution.

I don't use the stuff myself...... I prefer an oiled finish.
