I have a 10'6" Avon that I've never used. I'd rather tie up to a pier and eat
at restarunts.

So what do you do when you anchor someplace where there's only a rocky/sandy
beach?

The Boobster can't help it. He's just in a hurry to make a fool out of
himself.

And what question was that?
And yes as I mentioned before I'm basicly a daysailor and racer. We do a
couple of overnighters a summer and we tie up at marinas. I'm honest about how
we use the boat. I don't come on here and pretend to be a world cruiser. I
like going home at night. I enjoy my house.

Loco,

You need a Dog in your life and sailing. When you drop the Hook. First
things first.
Dog ashore to check out all those great smells and a squat. Then we can
get supper. One more turn on the shore before we turn in.

That is why I carry a inflated Dink on the stern pulpit.

You're right Kate, easier to row than fool with an OB

Ole Thom
