Katy, I'm not sure you have a proper appreciation for the great traditions and history of sailing through the years. I don't think I can buy your argument, Katy. A wind instrument gives
essentially no information that an experienced observer can't deduce by eye. On a trailerable boat, an anemometer is a pain to deal with. "katysails" wrote in message ...
