So you're essentially saying that Muhammad Ali didn't win, rather George Forman lost because his face ran into something solid? As for our internal corruption, it's about the same as just about every civilized country on earth--just on a larger scale. And we've had it for centuries. And our 'system' seems to deal with it without missing a beat. What's really unfortunate is how great this country could be without it. Max |

I remember reading that someone during the Lincoln Administration said the same thing. How timely, Bubbles. Max |

So you're essentially saying that Muhammad Ali didn't win, rather George
Forman lost because his face ran into something solid? Ali threw punches. Are you saying that the US actively "attacked" Russia? There economy collapsed. Their people were starving (many still are). Some "big" win. Sort of like outliving a much older man with cancer. RB |

A real testament to that socialism you love so much, eh Bubbles. Some "big" win. Sort of like outliving a much older man with cancer. Actually it's more like a man who eats bran and runs 4 miles daily outliving a couch potato who smoked and drank excessively. AND the survivor can **** on the dead man's grave. I call that a victory. Yeah. A real testament to that socialism you love so much, eh Bubbles. Point was made. You have no answer. Reagan was just a link in the chain of events. No one said that they loved socialism. Not to sharp, are you? RB |

I never once claimed that Reagan beat the USSR, only that he was at the helm when the USSR failed. As to a love of socialism, I believe only you fall into that category. Rational, intelligent people (all the rest of humanity) don't buy into such a falacious socioeconomic system. Of course no one ever accused you of rationality or intelligence. Max |

Actually you said: "You mean like ending the cold war on his watch?" That really sounds like you're giving Ronnie the credit for ending the Cold War. Typical conservative - first you make a claim and then within two days you're denying it. Actually, if any president should get the credit it would be JFK - he set us on the arms race course which, for better or worse, eventually bankrupted the USSR. |

Go back and re-read my posts, you brainless, dickless idiot. You just accused "someone" of loving socialism. Care to post where anyone said they did? Please show everyone you're not a liar and a pinhead. Ooops..too late! RB |
