The universe therefore requires a cause.

Correct?

Then so does your "god." Saying he exists outside of time is just something you
made up. Pretty silly, Josie!

Not Silly Boobsie. And Einstien figured it out not me. I know it's to
much for your closed mind to accept but it is fact.

We know time travel is possiable if we can go faster than light.

Physics 101 boobsie, did you skip class?

Since God, by definition, is the creator of the whole
universe, he is the creator of time.

I read that he created the heaven and earth, but not time. Then again, I
remember Dune much better than the Bible. Better book.

Try to keep up here boobsie,

Time itself would have begun along with matter
and space. Since God, by definition, is the creator of the whole
universe including Heaven and Earth, he is the creator of time.

Einstien came up with the theory not me boobsie.

Dune was a good book, but the bible is the best seller ever. More
copies of the bible have been sold than any other book that ever
existed.

The universe (including time itself) can be shown to have had a beginning.

.... Correct?

No! There have been and will be many universes cut from the same cloth.
Moreover, time is not necessarily linear. Only segments of time have a
beginning and an end.

It is unreasonable to believe something could begin to exist without a

cause. ... Correct?

No, wrong again. MOST things begin to exist randomly, with no cause in the
sense that you use the word here.

The universe therefore requires a cause. ... Correct?

No, because your thesis is wrong. Which universe are you talking about?

Einstein's theory of general relativity shows that time is linked to

matter and space. ....

Einstein's theory is a useful tool but does not and cannot describe the real
universe. It cannot because the mathmatics used cannot deal with infinity
and the universe, or rather universes, are infinite. I can demo that 2=1 in
our math so ....

God, as creator of time, is outside of time. ....

That might apply to the Taoist abstraction hardly to the "god" Jews,
Christians and Muslims believe Abraham encountered (Gen 18) hoofing across
the desert at high noon on his way to check out rumors.

Poor Josie. It's getting rather sad. Einstein's THEORY was is just that. It's
taught as a theory and defined as such. It's not a "fact."
What's hurting you from making any valid points in this discussion is your
general lack of info and a poor command of language. 5 points for your effort
though.

No, we don't know this at all. It's just a theory and taught as such in any
physics class....which you clearly never took let alone passed.
I'm not hitting Josie, folks....he's doing it to himself!

My point is that we could NOT have evolved into our current state in the

Well then perhaps we came from Mars. That's more logical than the myth found
in the Book of Moses.

Actually, many books have outsold the bible in the same time frame. The Bible
has been out a long, long time which is it's only claim on the BSL.
Oh boy, Josie. You've come up empty on every point. It's like a massacre! By
now you should have been right about SOMETHING! You defy the odds.

Shhhh! That's where Donal came from. On Mars Beneteau is thought to be a good
boat builder...and the martians also drive Kia's.

Tell me of anything that begin to exist without a cause boobsie.

And do not be unreasonable.

The war in Iraq

Yeah! And how about Kathy Lee Gifford?
