How many "stepping stones" have you had (I almost slipped up by saying
"owned") in the last 5 years??

You must be consumed with envy when you see how contented the rest of us
are with our vessels.

I hope that one day you will find a boat that you are satisfied with!

But unlike you I enjoyed them and each fit my quickly changing lifestyle. When
I started I had no money and wasn;t sure if sailing would fit in. The Pearson
was a boat I could afford, and was not oversized for my needs. The C&C was a
lucky break...a chance to own a better boat for virtually nothing while I
planned for a much bigger boat. Now with a baby on the way, the bigger, faster
C&C will also fit in. I still miss that old little Catalina at times. And I
made money on every boat I've owned and gained tremendous experience that you
missed.

Those miles you've sailed are like counting the miles a Dog gets on a
chain running in circles. Not very impressive.

Do they keep hitting the same "rock" 5 knots out every time they make a
pass?
