Default More miles than Donal!

Those miles you've sailed are like counting the miles a Dog gets on a
chain running in circles. Not very impressive.

Thom, I'm surprised at you. The level of a sailor is not guaged by how far the
boat is sailed. Plenty of people only daysail their boats or do short races.
Means nothing, except to Donal. I sail more hours than most boat owners, but
that doesn't make me a better sailor either.
On the other hand, I think you CAN judge a sailor by the type of boat they've
chosen. People with good middle of the road boats (Tartan, Pearson, C&C,
Catalina) are often friendly folks, while people with crappy boats are angry
and bitter. I think boat Scotty Potti and Donal fit this profile nicely.
Buyer's remorse can poison the soul (Floors for Scotty).
