The only listed flashing is: submarine: 1 sec flashing yellow for 3 secs, then 3 secs off hovercraft, non-displacement mode: flashing yellow police, customs, and USCG: blue flashing Not sure what the regs say about a radio tower under tow though.. ![]() Norm |
