"Bobsprit" wrote in message ... You may well derive some personal gratification from the denunciation of Christ, but that is something that you will answer for. Wow. I'll "answer" for my beliefs, says Donal. OK. I cannot prove that. Like I said, Jesus never existed and religion is a sick and hateful thing. As I already stated, and as many of the regulars know, Jesus is an Historical **FACT**. Jesus existed. I *can* prove that. Regards Donal -- |

I don't think blister boats were made 2000 years ago. Mind you there was
the Dead sea raft manufacturing company that made some reed baoats that sank in fresh water. Family records show my distant relatives acted as expert witnesses... To some people, it is self-evident that Bush lied. Other people cannot see it at all. They *genuinely* cannot see that Bush lied. They still believe that Saddam had WMD. They still believe that Saddam posed a real threat to the security of the West. These people were 100% confident that WMD would be discovered shortly after the war ended. A sensible person would revise his opinions if his predictions were not borne out by reality. It is very unlikely that any evidence that I produce will have any influence at all on your current opinion. So, I would be grateful if you would tell me what kind of evidence would constitute "proof" for you. Nevertheless, I will offer you the following:- http://puddy.webspace.fish.co.uk/jesus/josephus.htm However, I ask that you play fair. After you have finished pouring scorn on this page, please tell me what you would accept as irrevocable proof. If you have the closed mind of a Bush supporter, then I would ask that you spare us both the effort of a futile debate. Regards Donal -- |

Bush has been able to turn up little more than paperwork and a few scattered deals by Saddam. Yet still some Americans won't admit to the obvious. This is not about truth for them. It's about being right. Even if they're wrong, they believe that repeating it again and again will make it truth. It's same technique used to create god and Jesus. RB |

A very valid point and, sadly, true I suspect.
