It is a private school. I don't know what you mean by a "parochial" =
school.
It is funded entirely by the fees, which are paid by the parents.

Parochial schools are church-run schools and may hire and teach within =
the guidelines of their own teachings. Thus, a Catholic school can ask =
that only practicing Catholics need apply, or a Baptist school may =
restrict its' hiring to only those that have graduated from approved =
Buble colleges. As long as the teacher is certified according to the =
standards of the state, this is acceptable. It would seem to me that if =
the school was entirely run by monies paid by parents or by trust funds =
that those parents should have the final say-so. I am thinking the =
schools you refer to are in England and not in Ireland. At least I hope =
that is the case. Maybe, for your children's sake, a move back to the =
"Old Sod" might be advisable?

Yes, it was snowing and Lisa's sick.

Scotty

I thought it was rather nice of us to send that all your way. It was =
nice and sunny here, although cold. The local power company decided to =
clear their easement that runs across our property, so we hauled wood =
this morning. They chopped down two maples and an oak besides a bunch =
of our red pine. We stacked the hardwood, but left the pine out =
there...we can always use it for bonfires next summer, but don't want =
all that pitch going up the chimney. Someone stole our tractor trailer =
from the road when we hauled a bunch of stuff down to be hauled =
away...had to wheelbarrow and use the trunk of the car....glad we didn't =
have a foot do snow to complicate matters.

Lord but you're not too bright. Smart sheep? What attraction
would they have. Now, tight sheep, on the other hand, . . .

Yes, you are correct. However, it is too late for a move back to the old
sod. [sigh].
