Default Sent in my renewal paperwork today.

More fat people die from strokes and heart attacks than people losing
weight.

And even less for people who lose weight properly and safely.
When I dropped 44 lbs, I did it properly. I'm now 210. I kept most of my muscle
mass. I can crush a coconut in either hand, though I have a body guard friend
who can do the same.

That's why one must exercise the weight off and
eat properly otherwise the muscles as well as the
fat comes off. The only way to not lose muscle
mass is eat right and exercise while dieting.

The muscles are what burn the fat. When I say
eat right I mean eat the proper mix is proteins and
carbs plus vitamins and minerals. Drinking plenty
of water is very important as well. Eating too many
calories is counterproductive when it comes to
weight loss. Eating too many calories is good for
body builders.
