When needed for major repairs or bottom recoating. I expect to go at least three
years from our last haulout ( 3-03 ) so we should not be looking at the
tugboat's hull until some time until 2006 or later......

Once you get south of Delaware, there's no need to haul out for winter. Once you
get into the actual Sunny South, some of the best sailing days are in January or
February.
