It would seem that if the only "sailing pix" you are ever going to
post are the "some woman gripping the wheel" pictures, then you ought
to think about a proper cover for the wheel. I can't abide an
uncovered stainless wheel for any period of time and it would give you
something productive to do with your time to stitch on a leather
cover.

The first leather cover I stitched on about 15 years ago was not
prepunched. DAMN what job. I think every leather cover now is precut
and prepunched and isn't all that difficult. About a "two football
games in front of the TV" job if you work steadily.
