Jon,
I guess you know that, in its day, that wasa real speed burner. A lot of racing fleets ( wooden racing boat) Wouldn't allow them to race (Fibre Glass) They were excluded. They changed racing That said, They are pretty long in the tooth. A thing to look for is leakage on the joint of the flat top two the hull. This was done in the early days. There was still a lot to learn about fibre glass. If my memory serves me the seam was hidden under a rather wide trim check for water damage. They were good sailing boat. They are well past their time but still fair sailors It will be a big brother for your 20! If you find water sign and point it out, I bet the price could be forced lower Ole Thom |
