Have you thought about moving and taking your parents with you? That's
what we had to do. Have you considered teaching? I see quite a few positions if you can get a NS teacher’s license. -- Scout -- "seen the heat ray yet?" "Capt. I'll send you a bottle when I get back. Look on the bright side - all you need is to find money. My organisation has banned us from taking spitituous liquor to sea - and I'm sailing tonight :-( Ah well, I'm sure that 2 months of abstinence will be good for me. Luck with the job hunting and I'll catch up when I'm back. PDW In article , Capt. Mooron wrote: We don't get tested up here Scout... it's not illegal! Job?... Ozzy ... I wasn't requesting confirmation of your offspring's inborn inabilities and shortcomings... although it's fortunate you have the cash to pay professionals to assist them in overcoming their genetic handicaps... Actually ...NO! with no training at all I've won several Dory Races. When I was 13 years old I paddled my 10 foot plastic canoe out 5 miles to sea so I could snorkel/spearfish a reef. At 15, I bought my first Dory and rowed it by myself 28 miles to my bay. When my youngest brother was only 8 years old when he went Scuba Diving with me to 68 feet. When he was 10 years old he drove my 30 ft Cape Islander back to the dock by himself and tied off. My friends and I had gotten drunk and passed out in the cabin and he wanted to get the fish back to shore. It's a good thing you have money to help your children overcome their natural inabilities and lack of talent. Lessons on how to row... Bwahahahahahahahahaaa!!! CM |

Whoa Nelly... now you admit they have no sense of rhythm either!!?? Have they at least learned to feed themselves yet or do they require professional instruction in that area as well? I guess that's what happens to kids when they realize they're simply the result of a grope fest and a faulty prophylactic in a back ally. Good thing you have money Bucko! You know how I was taught to swim Ozzy?? My old man let me walk into the deep end of the pool when I was 18 months old. I swam to the surface and only started to cry when they yanked me out in a panic. After that incident I was swimming and they couldn't keep me out of the water. He says he got cut off by my mom for a month for that stunt. Bwahahahahahaaa. CM |

I don't have to pay anyone Mooron. They both go to very good government schools which have excellent sporting programs. Do you have private schools in Australia where pupils can get a good Academic education? State schools in the UK also have excellent sports programmes. That is why most people with a decent income (and a sense of responsibility) send their kids to private schools. Why didn't you sent your kids to one of the better private schools? It wouldn't have cost more than the difference between an "enonomy" and a "business" class flight a year? Surely, they were worth that small investment?? Regards Donal -- |

"The Captains Master" wrote in message | Wow, that's how my daughter taught her cat to swim.. Was your daughter frustrated at her lack of rhythm... or simply acting upon some deep seated resentment?? Sounds like all this easy living has gone to her head. Kids these days... we had half the breaks and were forbidden to whine about it. She'll probably rebel later on and thank you by marrying an Aboriginal and settling down in the outback. A friend brought me back some Kangaroo and Croc jerky from Australia.
