I am a burgeoning authority. I am considering
writing a book about the practical application
of the Colregs as seen from the helm of a small
sailboat to give this Farwell character a little
competition. Such a book would also serve
to educate some motorboaters who have a
lot to learn about the Rules.

right mind , accepts your manuscript for anything other than "Humor" or

authority on, regarding the Rules, is a book, titled "Rules as Dummies
See Them", so that real people will not make the same mistakes you
