in the way he presents an argument as well as in the
way he operates a vessel because he has a child's
understanding of the COLREGS.

I have noticed that Jeff finally has admitted defeat and
has bowed out of the discussion. Perhaps you should
follow his lead and save face. Shen has already lost

I am a burgeoning authority. I am considering
writing a book about the practical application
of the Colregs as seen from the helm of a small
sailboat to give this Farwell character a little
competition. Such a book would also serve
to educate some motorboaters who have a
lot to learn about the Rules.

right mind , accepts your manuscript for anything other than "Humor" or

authority on, regarding the Rules, is a book, titled "Rules as Dummies
See Them", so that real people will not make the same mistakes you
