You can go to zero and you can go to minus rates. That
will not be necessary, however, as the economy has been
growing for two years now though growing slowly (2-3%).
There are defintite signs that things are looking up. The most
recent Bush tax cuts will stimulate the economy even more.
By the time of the 2004 elections there will be no doubt
about it and that bodes real badly for any and all liberal
Democrats.

has his priorities straight. He knows one cannot successfully
defeat terrorists from a position of weakness. Clinton tried that
tack and look what it got us - the first WTC bombing, Mogadishu,
the "Cole" embassy bombings, barracks bombings etc, etc.

President Bush knows the best way to deal with terrorists is with
strength and resolve backed up by overwhelming force. It's
common sense to step on a poisonous snake that is trying to
sink its fangs into you and cut it's head off. If you cannot
understand this obvious fact than you are hopelessly stupid

One more thing. I wish to thank you, Donal, Oz etc. for
