Sorry, Booby, they don't wait until you receive your fictitious
papers before they put you into their database.

The CG database won't include updates UNTIL papers are issued. It's impossible,
since they are sent out within a day or two of being filed.
I suggest you call the CG and you can confirm this. I was also told that the
online database is not up to date.
