Do You Own a Yacht???

Please explain how my sister-in-law took my brother's IRA and deposited the
whole balance of it in a new bank account in her name alone.
Face it, you don't own anything.

Suzzy cannot legally sell the boat without me. I "own" a house in

Brooklyn. I
can no longer sell it or any major assett without her approval. In a

divorce,
she could challenge and win.
You know nothing about the law.

Actually, he said *you* never documented the boat.

If you already posted it a long time ago, why the resistance to
posting it again now?

Not only did I post it, but Steve actually found info that I didn't. The

only
reason I'm not posting the # here is because I don't have it at home.
BUT REMEMBER: You said that the boat had NEVER been documented!

| Exactly. But that can never occur as it's impossible for us to divorce.

Face it, you don't own anything.

Just the car and Brooklyn home and some stock, which will all be reasigned
shortly.

You should at least use the pronoun "our" when referring to the boat,
but you should probably ask Suzzy if she is ok with with that.

I'll do you one better!
My wife's boat is better than yours! How is it that a woman with little sailing
experience goes out and gets a better boat than you!!??
Yup, I like that!

Bwahahahahahahaha!

Care to bet that $1,000 that's burning a hole in
your pocket?:)

So you're willing to bet 1K that the C&C 32 won't be (and hasn't been)
documented recently, in fact applied for more than 12 weeks ago?
Let's go baby!!!

Pretty lame, even for a "bait and switch". Your snipping of the
assertion that I was responding to that poor Suzzy owned a better boat
than I do is just the sort of shortcut that has gotten you into your
sad life of hiding from creditors and the IRS. I was more than
willing to bet about the ownership of my boat. I really don't care
about the status of paperwork on a boat you admit you don't own. My
boat is in my name, the documentation is current.

you've offered everyone on this NG a sail, yet no one has taken you up on
your offer. You ever wonder why? It's painfully obvious to the rest of us.

So now what did I "lose?"

West Marine will do the same thing, and you get a high
quality battery. K-Mart sucks.

K-Mart is better. I take batteries back to them regulary
that aren't even broken - just claim they won't charge
and they give you new ones. One need never have a
battery in one's yacht that is over a year old.

switch.

I once took a screwdriver back to Sears that was BROKEN IN THREE
PIECES and they handed me a new one. It was clearly abuse, but they
just smiled and replaced it.

Because ultimately crap cost you more. If you buy
quality, you only have to do that once.
