Old Evinrude NO Kill sw + prop info.?

I have just purchased an old Evenrude 35HP c1985? with a Zodiac.
Is it easy to swap the front Kill button for a proper MOB type?
Is the a good site for prop info?
There were 2 supplied and I don't know what they are optimum for?
