Old is how you are. Just for fun here is my August gym workout thru
yesterday as today I stayed out for a rest. At the time I am now on
phase 4 of a regimen that most younger bums would not do.

Well said and I was having fun with you.

I climb several oil tanks a week with equipment. The ultimate stair master.
As you've seen from some of my photos, getting around on oil tankers isn't
as easy as it used to be. The smaller (300,000 barrel) double hull tankers
give you a work out. There is framing on the deck to climb over.

Mark

I know and I'll bet you are in some fine shape too. It has taken me a
year to get in shape. Best I think I have ever been. Strange to be
doing such at 65 but it is what I have and can do fortunately.

She went by my house on the way up , but I was out of town . I hope she comes this way on the way back to Baltimore .
The men who operate her have spent a lot of time and effort keeping the old gal runnng .
