Icebreaker and Heli - Martha L Black Lock 3 2015-0425 IMG_6539.jpg

The Canadian Coast Guard icebreaker Martha L Black is downbound in
Lock 3 of the Welland Canal on April 25, 2015. She has been working
the ice around Whitefish Bay in Lake Superior. I believe that the
helicopter on her flight deck is used as a spotter to check ice
conditions.
