The Irwin 37 is one of the most spacious liveaboard vessels under 40
feet. She features a raised saloon, owner's cabin aft and guest cabin
forward, each with adjoining heads. With her large diesel and ample
sail plan, the Irwin 37 is noted as a capable long range cruiser. Sloop
versions also have superior sailing characteristics compared to ketch
models. This example is classified as a "project boat." She will need
interior work and possible rigging updates. Her engine condition is
unknown. Some electrical work will probably also be required. She
features a center cockpit with wheel steering and a full canvas
