Default FS: Irwin 37 center cockpit in NY-DEAL!

1980 Irwin 37 sloop. THIS BOAT NEEDS SOME WORK, but she's very sound
and an easy project for the right person. The raised salon floor when
you decend the steps is a bit soft, so that will have to be dealt with
and her ports show some leaks. She is otherwise all there. Engine
condition is unknown. She has a recent canvas full enclosure that cost
close to 8K and it's in good shape. Sails are also there.

This boat can go anywhere with some work and the price is set for a
fast sail. No pictures yet, but if you have interest I'd suggest coming
to have a look. She probably won't last long at this price
of.....15'000.

Call Bob 718-757-7114 to see her. She's located on City Island. A huge
amount of boat for 15K and easy to set up as a liveaboard.

You can also e-mail me

Thanks!
