Okay, I have several sailboats available, so here we go!

Pearson 26 1971 model. DO NOT let the year fool you. You have not seen
a P26 with a hull and deck as clean as this. She looks better than the
1977 Pearson 30 I used to own and that was in good shape too. This 26
is clean, but needs and interior update...it's all there, but you won't
like the colors! Beyond the excellent deck and hull there is also a NEW
9.8 Nissan engine and main and jib. This is a great starter boat or
pocket cruiser. Asking 5900.00 and again I dare you to find a hull and
deck in such great shape!

Irwin 31 Citation for just 9500.00!!! A LOT of boat and this one needs
some cosmetics but can certainly get your dreams on the water. She has
canvas, huge cabin, wheel, totally rebuilt Yanmar that runs GREAT and
much more. Well worth a look for the money.

website is an ASKING PRICE so if you want a big serious sailing yacht
come down and have a look and try making an offer. If you want a boat
like this your search is now over. She's that nice and the gear is 1st
rate. Owner needs to sell because he's downsizing.
