I don't know what you are using to read newsgroups, but probably you
could filter him out. I have considered filtering him myself, but
really I don't mind his posts, they are marine related, and if we didn't
have him, well, the group would have almost no activity.

Meanwhile, my use of this forum to sell follows the rules and creates activity
overall.

jim, check the ID line of a posting to see if it comes from a cyber vandal
(such as Capt Bill) rather than a poster you are familiar with.
