Sure, we count anything in the Chesapeake Watershed.

I have to tell you, though, we did NOT appreciate those signs you had on the
interstates at Easton and Stroudsburg, as you crossed the Delaware into
Pennsylvania, that said "America Starts Here." Like, what are we, chopped
liver? g

I see that PA wisely took them down.
