Default Democrat meta narrative falling apart

Turns out that Governor Palin has never been a member of the Alaskan
Independence Party - she's been a life-long Republican with
registration records dating back to 1982. She attended one AIP
meeting as a courtesy visit by the Mayor of Wasilla.

OOOPPPPPSIE....

Another "damaging fact" down the drain.

What is it with you Dems and this fear of strong capable females?

Dudes - you really have to get past this misogyny thing.

Seriously...

well...not quite:

http://blogs.abcnews.com/politicalpu...s-of-frin.html

Officials of the Alaskan Independence Party say that Palin was once so
independent, she was once a member of their party, which, since the
1970s, has been pushing for a legal vote for Alaskans to decide
whether or not residents of the 49th state can secede from the United
States.

But Lynette Clark, the chairman of the AIP, tells ABC News that Palin
and her husband Todd were members in 1994, even attending the 1994
statewide convention in Wasilla. Clark was AIP secretary at the time.

It's certainly better than having someone like Obama one heartbeat away
from *losing* the presidency. Wake up.

And Osamabama Bin Tokin' hangs with terrorists, racists, crooks and
calls them all mentors and spiritual leaders. Oh, and don't forget him
pandering to LaRaza who advocates the succession of half the US and
has been known to use violence as a tool... "Officials of the
Alaskan Party say"? Big deal, stick to known facts, forget the
pundits please...

From Wikipedia:

Early political career
Palin registered as a Republican in May of 1982, and has been a
Republican since then.[16][17] Members of the Alaskan Independence
Party (AIP) have suggested that at some point she became a member of
AIP,[18] but have since backed off of that claim in an interview with
Mother Jones.[19]

The dishonest and ideological don't care about the facts... Hopefully
our old friend wf3h is not one of those. It will be interesting to see
if he trusts Palin's word over a political group, and how he feels
about Osamabama Bin Tokin's word about the terrorists, crooks, and
racist pigs he has claimed are his mentors and spiritual leaders. Of
course, OBT has changed his stripes now that he is running so we
really don't know which OBT to believe.. The last 20 years, or the
last 20 weeks...
