John,

Don't stoop to the level of Warp17.

Shouldn't you be over there moderating, Brownie? There must be many new
interesting boating-related posts to censor, no? Last time I looked,
there was a post about a tire cover and a photo of a feather duster.

Good Job, Brownie.

I

Question then:

When you enter your voting booth, do you vote a straight Democratic

Or, do you pick and choose, voting for a Republican here and there if
you
think the person running is better qualified.

Honest answer only, please.

You are asking for the impossible.

Yes, but he believes Harry respects him enough to be honest.

You *do* enjoy twisting things around a bit. I never said anything like
that.

All I ever said that was in terms of civil discussion, I try to afford the
same respect to Harry as he gives to me.
Same with you, Loogey, justwait, ...... and the rest.

Quite frankly though. I would think those of us who have always come
here with honest opinion and statements might be afforded a little
more respect and attention. I respect any man, with any opinon, as
long as he is true to his gut... Liars, make me sick, just as good as
rats in my book, rats, liars, junkies, drunks... all are generally
useless in any civil society...

-------------------------

How do you know .... for sure .... when someone is lying in a newsgroup
discussion?
You can suspect .... you can "think" ..... you can assume .....

but tell me how you *know*?

Eisboch

When the claims are physically impossible - such as a fishing trip covering
hundreds of miles catching multiple types of fish requiring multiple types
of setup, and all within a time determinable by posts to the newsgroup.

or,

When the statement is about things I have said or done.

or,

When the proof is available on the internet, with a little searching. The
'owls down by the creek' photo comes to mind.

But, far be it from anyone to slant your opinion of Harry. If you consider
him an honest individual, worthy of your time and attention, then go for
it.

Just remember, when he's calling someone a chicken**** pussy, others are
thinking, "That's Eisbochs buddy."

There must be an interesting story behind the acrimony being displayed
here. My guess is that Tom wouldn't succumb to Harry's demands to get
someone binned, or banned, from Chuck's Island.

Careful Harry. Some folks might not like their friends being called names.
