The quality control at Dell is terrible, and has been dropping for the
last 3 years. There have had articles in Business Week,the WSJ and ALL
of the computer mags about the QC and service problems they have with
their computers, especially their laptops.

The University of Michigan did a study of major computer manufacturers
and Dell was at the bottom.

I would have thought you would have heard about Dell's problems and
convinced your nephew to purchase anyone else besides Dell.
