....the one program I've found that really "converts" videos from one format into another without a loss of quality or sound is... ....Movavi Video Convert. The toughest test I tried was converting *.wmv files to *.avi files. My freestanding DVD players will play *.AVI files, but not .WMV files. Most of the converters I tried had serious problems converting .WMV files, and if they did convert the files, they "futzed around" a bit with the final *.AVI file format, and their *.AVI files would not play in my DVD players, either, or the sound would go out of sync. But...the output files from Movavi work properly. -- Join the growing number of Republicans putting country ahead of party by voting for Barack Obama! |
