Default Leak in Mercruiser lower unit

I recently purchased a Bayliner with a 5.7 (210hp) and an Aplha 1. I
noticed today that the lower unti is leaking a little out of the oil
drain hole at the bottom. I checked and the screw is tight. Any
thoughts on what it could be? Bad gasket? Cross-threaded drain plug?
Any tips?

There is a gasket under the plug. Same one is used on the upper plug. I
buy a bag of 10 and it lasts me years.
