It is now possible for folks in the US to manage their EPIRB
registration data online at http://www.beaconregistration.noaa.gov/.
There is an article at the Equipped to Survive web site at
http://www.equipped.org/online_beacon_registration.htm describing
how to best take advantage to this opportunity and critiquing NOAA's
online registration deployment.
