We once got chewed out by a guy in a small sail boat for making too
much noise. They guy had a lot of nerve actually since he was a
former tug boat captain. I explained to him the the sound of a big
pair of DD 2 strokes was "music to my ears".

Ain't nothing like the sound of a two stroke diesel. Music doesn't do
it justice - heavenly chorus is more appropriate. :)

FWIW, I'm seeing more ETECs this year.

Given a choice and the correct information, buyers will move to ETEC
every time.
