Default Lake Lanier Fishing Report

FWIW, in my parts, The People's Broken Republic of California, when
someone reports stained water, visibility is about 2' to 4' deep.
Muddy means visibility is less than 2' and clear means visibility
below 4'. But we speak funny in California. Everyone is a liar! Oh,
that reminds me... Take a guide's fishing report with a grain of salt
unless he's reporting his actual results (with photos!). Bait shops
and such will rarely admit to lousy fishing. It's bad for business!

If you have such disdain for California, why do you live there?

I mean, when it got to the point that we could no longer tolerate
Virginia, we moved.

I'd love to live in northern California, between Point Reyes and Bodega
Bay. A retired architectural photographer friend lives near Point Arena.
Terrific vistas. Cold water.

Wifey won't move!

I'd be in a wonderful southern state at once if she would. But in
spite of our $15,000,000,000 "consolidation" bond issue a couple of
years ago because we couldn't pay our (mostly foolish) debts, our
current shortfall of $15,000,000,000++, our endless tax increases and
crumbling infrastructure, our crime, our fires and earthquakes, she's
just too happy here with her family and friends. Now, any happily
married man would understand my predicament.

But if it gets much worse...
