![]() My marina call up again, and asked me to dry store my boat so they could use the slip for some other boats, after I told them no problem, they agreed to winterize the boat for free, which was a really nice gesture, since I had already said yes. So we went up yesterday to pull some stuff out of the boat and the refrigerator. Afterwards we snapped some photos of a friends dock. We then took a walk in the Chattahoochee River Park below Lake Lanier and to take some fall photos and walk the dogs. There is a little bit of difference between the two. Boats, people, et cetera, dump all manner of pollutants into the water, and the parts per million of offal can only be going up. Where's "Brownie" when you need him? I'm sure he'd do the usual good job for the Bush Administration on resolving the differences at the lake! |
