With the water levels that low, whoever controls the lake ought to
restrict its use to drinking water alone. Boats, people, et cetera, dump
all manner of pollutants into the water, and the parts per million of
offal can only be going up.
Where's "Brownie" when you need him? I'm sure he'd do the usual good job

Herein lies the trouble, the Army Corp doesn't have the ability to use
any type of judgement. They can only do what they are directed to.
