FWIW, in my parts, The People's Broken Republic of California, when
someone reports stained water, visibility is about 2' to 4' deep. Muddy means visibility is less than 2' and clear means visibility below 4'. But we speak funny in California. Everyone is a liar! Oh, that reminds me... Take a guide's fishing report with a grain of salt unless he's reporting his actual results (with photos!). Bait shops and such will rarely admit to lousy fishing. It's bad for business! |
