Confusion over engine oils

And then they have about $25 worth of 'extra dealer items', such as 'friction proofer' and other additives that are routinely added, unless they're told up front not to do it. I'm very careful to tell them I want the 'book' service when I go in. I give up. What the hell is friction proofer? |
