By for now.. D'oh. I'm not running anything at the other place. I'm just someone who read the rules, signed up and post. You were "judged" not for the excuses you are offering up here, but because your post went way over the line, violated the rules you agreed to abide by and because you taunted the moderator into killfiling your account. Everything you have posted about the incident is nothing more than rationalization. There are many reasons why some posters find the atmosphere at the other place more pleasant than it is here. I like it because photos of interest can be posted directly, and because I can avoid even *seeing* posts relating to other peoples' grandchildren, bad amateur guitar playing, diaperboat cruises, home-brewed beer, NASCAR, nonsensical comments about computer operating systems, and the rest of the flotsam and jetsam that passes for "rec.boats" these days. Sorry to my friends here who know my history with boats, and those who don't. But I have left the boat in the garage so far this year. Any parent who has a 14 yo kid that is willing to spend a weekend with dad will understand my sharp turn to other outdoor activity.. However, she does really enjoy evenings on the lake with her friends so it should be out soon. When it is, I promise more boating photos and posts...Scotty, smallboats.com *for anyone who does not already know... yes, I am actually a boater, sometimes...- Hide quoted text - - Show quoted text - Good stuff! My son and I went to a local pond yesterday and got some worms wet. I like the rowdy mouse, he's cool. I want a t-shirt!!- Hide quoted text - - Show quoted text - Yeah, a lot of folks like the RM.. We have a whole bunch of related characters and stuff to go along with it. Put out the first CNC embroidered version today, looks great. Picked up the kid at her friends house and took them to the MX track, really is a crossover sport, lots of girls riding along with the guys. I got to fool around with my chase vehicle (old school hard tail mini bike) down by the CT River which is about 500 yards from the track too. It got real greasy after a good rain, but the place cleared out and my kid got to take the pro course. You can't see most of the track if you are not on it, she says she fell about 5 times or more out there.. Apparently she stood up the bike, restarted it and didn't let it bother her much. She did break a clutch lever but the way it broke, she was able to ride another hour or so anyway. She really loves riding. The rain left 3 of about 40 on the track, and she was one of the three that slid around during the whole storm, wet clay, she wanted to slid around, so I let her stay out Anyway, I will let you know when I get the shirts going, We kicked up the CNC today, going to try the silk screen and airbrush this week, now that I am feeling better. And yes, I still promise to get my boat out and tell you all about that too...;) Malguard Trollbreaker ;) |

Remember, this is the same monitor that asked me not to mention "other groups" (not even by name) here in our forum.. I have to admit, I am pretty ****ed off and especially dissappointed in all those folks I thought were friends who seem to have thrown me under the bus as it were. I have to question the character of folks who have stood back and not said anything when they can not be missing the hyprocracy, kind of like another pet peeve of mine;) When you are an adult and a guest in someone else's house and there are rules posted, it pays to pay attention to them. In my house or on my boats, no smoking is allowed, excessive drinking is not allowed, use of illegal drugs is not allowed, and in general, really obnoxious behavior is not allowed. If you cannot live by the simple rules of the household, you should either not visit or you should expect to be escorted to the door or the dock. The proprietor of "the other group" has simple rules posted, and he has repeated them in several forums. You apparently did not believe they applied to you. Unfortunately, "rec.boats" has no rules. It is unfortunate to a certain degree. You would have been banned a long time ago. This thread is hysterical! Pass the popcorn please. I saw today that a moderator from another group you visit outed you as the group "whiner". Complaining to someone about what you read here is very sad, Jim. Nice try Dan. But as usual, you are wrong again. As a matter of fact, he's not. You whined to Chuck about getting personal messages from me, and then you sent five more calling me names in each one. If you'd like, I'll get a petition going to name you co-moderator in Chuck's Place. BTW, what's the deal with the neurosyphilis diagnosis? Was that just a rumor? Hope so. That's some bad ****. -- John *H* More name calling. This is the place known for it. Since you and several others want to make this public, let's set the record straight............ You sent me derogatory PM after PM. I asked you to stop. You did not. Thus the message to Chuck asking you to stop. My initial PM to you and your reply to me the other night, after you flamed Chuck and his board here, was: http://img402.imageshack.us/img402/6...board04oe2.jpg 3 more exchanges took place. You have my permission to post them. Got it? LOL, that is so funny, JimH whining to Chuck to ask JohnH to stop sending him PM messages. "Daddy, would you tell Johnnie to stop looking at me." I would have thought you were old enough to ignore any message you didn't want to read. If you need any help on how to ignore a message, ask Chuck and he will be able to tell you how to hit the delete button. Got it? After asking him to stop PM'ing me after receiving a couple of unprovoked flaming and derogatory PM's from him, and with him continuing to do so (I believe he sent 3 more), I had to ask for an intervention. Who is the little kid Reggie? Got it? BTW: He sent me yet another one yesterday. Herring is sending his little nastrygrams to several people, via email and private messages. I've gotten a total of four so far, at two different sites. Easy enough to filter right into the SPAM box on email... I really don't know what his game is...does he think those he insults here are going to pay more attention to him if he messages them? |

This is it - no more of the JimH bull****. JimH's first message to me - a 'welcome' message, I guess with nothing provocative therein: *********************************** Some more advice " Message sent on May 3, 2008, 6:10pm " Stop insulting and flaming former members who left your NG and maybe it will stop. Admit to it or not, rec.boats is a joke. Most all productive and knowledgeable members have migrated to Chucks forum and no longer post to your place. Just today told one of them (Gene) that he should stay away from rec.boats. How nice of you. Yesterday DK trolled for a fight here. The members here realized his intentions and basically ignored him. He is one of your rec.boats faithful members. This is a "Private Message" to you meaning it is between you and me and not meant to be shared. I am trying to get this issue settled mano-amano. I trust you will respect that intention on my part. Have a nice evening. Jim ******************************************** JimH's message politely asking me to not PM him. The real question for you, dirtbag, is why are you private messaging people who want nothing to do with you? |
